Oh yes, can I "ADOTE" the blog?, I just began my injections! Lupron, Follistim and Repronex, oh my, YES, so let me share and get advice, oh yes ADVICE I NEED. My story, i'm 42 and I got married 2 years ago, I felt young, fertile and alive, but we have been trying and well no luck. So I have begun to prepare for IVF, i'm now stimulating egg growth and need all kinds of advice since all my friends had children younger than I. I want to know about feelings, and DR's good and bad, eating and drinking and how to handle the pain and how to be strong if after all this work, poking, drugging and crying my final outcome is not a child. I just want to be strong and stable.

I have a close family member going through the same thing at the moment. I am currently writing an article about IVF support and was wondering if you would be happy to email any details about what you've been through, found effective and what support helped hinder you. It would be anonymous.

Let me know if you would like to help.

IVF was first done in test tube hence this process is also called as test tube baby process. The first "test tube baby", Louise Brown, was born in 1978. A baby developed from an egg that was fertilized outside the body and then implanted in the uterus of the biological or surrogate mother or we can say about test tube baby - a baby conceived by fertilization that occurs outside the womens's body; the woman's ova are removed and mixed with sperm in a culture medium - if fertilization occurs the blastocyte is implanted in the woman's uterus
